This course is all about the fundamentals of living in balance.

The program is delivered in 8 modules and covers what you need to know
and learn about restoring balance within your life.

  • Module 1 - Introduction

Introduction to the physics of stress and anxiety. You will learn in detail what stress is and what it does, how our brain and nervous system get triggered and we will also examine the results of stress, PTSD and burnout with a focus on looking at the way back - Resilience.

  • Module 2 - Breathing

In this module we will look at the critical role breathing has in de-stressing and rebalancing. Learning to regulate and focus your attention on your breathing is one the simplest and most effective strategies for stress relief. Discover how breathing can be your anchor in daily life.

  • Module 3 - Making Space

Dealing with the chaos created by stress and anxiety is often experienced as running out of time and space. When we are stressed we are always focussed on the future and have no place for the present. In this module we explore the importance of making space both externally and internally offering you resources you need to deal with stress.

  • Module 4 - Eating

Eating, nourishment, emotional eating. Keeping stress at bay means taking time to properly nourish yourself, both physically and mentally. Knowing how to nourish yourself can help you approach everyday tasks with a sense of calm and joy allowing greater ease and fulfilment.

  • Module 5 - Self-Care

Beginning the road back to living balanced through self-care. Many people think of stress as simply an emotional issue, but how you take care of your body dramatically affects your stress levels. Self-care is about resources – the one thing the chronically stressed ignore. In Module 5, you’ll learn powerful methods for physical self-care, helping you to keep health and energy high while reducing or eliminating the effects of stress.

  • Module 6 - Sleeping

The critical importance of sleep and sleep cycles including our natural rhythms. Getting a good night’s rest is essential for reducing stress. Sleep’s role in your journey to calm confidence is much greater than that. Getting a good night’s sleep is one of the biggest challenges we have if we’re stressed, and yet it’s essential to life. You'll learn about what sleep and dreams do for you, and how you can get enough of both.

  • Module 7 - Re-Connecting

Much of our stress typically stems from a chronic lack of a sense of connection. Connection to the self, to others, and to our surroundings. We were born to connect; now it’s time to re-connect. In this module we look at how the chaos and disorganization of living stressed and anxious lives can lead to isolation and how it manifests as addiction and addictive tendencies and we end the session with some re-connection tools.

  • Module 8 - Relaxing

Build resilience into your life, know how to deal effectively with stressful situations, breaking the cycle at last. Relaxation is the goal of your stress-reduction journey. For many of us, relaxation can be difficult to achieve. Relaxing is about developing resilience. In Module 8, we delve into what resilience is about and how you can use it to live stress-free; leaving you with a set of every-day techniques that can help you develop and maintain resilience - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
